Cancellation Policy

Things happen, plans change. We will do our best to work with you if you need to re-book or cancel your reservation. Here is our policy:

From April 1 to September 30, and including the Easter and fall vacation weeks, the following rules apply:

  • FULL REFUND if the booking is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.
  • 50% REFUND if the booking is cancelled between 14 and 30 days before arrival.
  • NO REFUND if booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival.

From October 1 to March 31, not including the Easter and fall vacation weeks, we offer a FULL REFUND in case of cancellation. We will not send you a bill, as long as you inform us of the cancellation before 10:00 am on the day of your expected arrival.

In case of no show, the guest pays for accommodation according to current list prices.

Practical information

Arrival

Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

If you arrive before 4:00 p.m., you are always welcome to relax in our café or enjoy the gardens. You are also welcome to drop off your bags ahead of time, before you head back out to experience Bornholm.

Departure

Rooms and apartments must be vacated no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure/check-out.

Parking

We offer free parking on the property, but please do not park in the courtyard.

It may be possible to park your classic car or motorcycle in the barn, upon request.

Cleaning

Cleaning of common areas such as the café / guest kitchen and the shared bathrooms and hallways in the main house takes place daily between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Cleaning of rooms and apartments only takes place when the room changes guests. Cleaning supplies are always available in the laundry room.

Payment

All prices in Myregaard’s online payment system and on the website are stated in Danish kroner including VAT (tax).

You have different options for payment when you make a reservation through our website:

  1. Pay by CREDIT CARD. Use one of the approved payment cards / credit cards in online payment via the NETS payment portal. The amount will be withdrawn from your account when the payment has been completed.
  2. Pay by OFFLINE CREDIT CARD on arrival. If the amount due exceeds DKK 3,000, we request a deposit of 25% to complete your reservation. By submitting your credit card details here, you give us permission to charge you for the deposit. The remaining amount is charged on arrival.
  3. Pay by BANK TRANSFER: After booking, we will contact you via e-mail with information on how to complete your bank transfer. If the total amount is more than DKK 3000, we will request a deposit of 25% to complete your reservation. The remaining amount is charged on arrival.
  4. Pay CASH on arrival. We will contact you if we need further information or a deposit to secure your booking. A deposit of 25% is typically required to complete the reservation if the total amount is over DKK 3,000, in which case a bank transfer or Mobile Pay can be used.
  5. Pay with PAYPAL.

There is no fee imposed on payment that takes place through online booking.

Recording of information

Myregaard registers your name, address, e-mail and other relevant information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer register, and this information is not passed on.

If you sign up for our newsletter, you can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time by writing to us at info@myregaard.dk, or calling 2146 4034.

Myregaard uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to create security for the information you provide on the page.

When paying by credit card, the registration takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before being sent over the internet.

Complaint process

If you do not receive your confirmation when making an online reservation, and you have not received an error message from the system, please write or call us at info@myregaard.dk or 2146 4034.

We have no interest in having unsatisfied customers. If you find that something is not as expected, either during the booking process or your stay at Myregaard, please let us know, either in person or by calling or writing to us. We will do our best to find a solution.
